By completing the booking process for any of our courses, workshops/events or private lessons either online or in person, you are accepting all the terms and conditions in this booking agreement. 

General Terms & Conditions for Afrodesia Salsa courses

  1. Places on all courses are limited and they are allocated on a first come first served basis.
  2. Places on all our courses need to be booked in advance and they are only secured after payment has been completed.
  3. Courses may get booked very quickly, a waiting list will be offered if the spaces are full for either followers/leaders.
  4. Despite Afrodesia Salsa efforts to keep a balanced number of leaders and followers in some cases there may be a higher number of leaders or followers in the course.
  5. Course fees are non-refundable unless we (Afrodesia Salsa) cancel the course.
  6. Course fees are non-transferable to another course, person or event. 
  7. There are no discounts or refunds if you miss any classes in the course.
  8. Afrodesia Salsa reserves the right to cancel a class/course at any time, full refund will be provided in this case.
  9. Afrodesia Salsa reserves the right to refuse admission.
  10. Video recording is strictly forbidden without the permission of Afrodesia Salsa.
  11. Afrodesia Salsa classes/courses are for adults only (age 18+).
  12. All our courses involve movement and physical activity. Afrodesia Salsa will provide guidance during the lessons, however you consider yourself physically able to participate in dance activities and therefore accept liability for any physical injury which may occur to yourself.
  13. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Afrodesia Salsa and/or its instructors for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the course.
  14. For your health and safety and the health and safety of other participants or instructors, you must ensure that you comply with any direction given to you by an instructor during the classes.
  15. If you behave in a risky or inappropriate way, for example, if you threaten or harass others, damage equipment, use illicit substances, or train other participants without our authorization, appropriate action will be taken. If your conduct causes Afrodesia Salsa or another person costs, loss or damages you agree to pay for these.

  3. Places on the day will be subject to availability.
  4. Despite Afrodesia Salsa efforts to keep a balanced number of leaders and followers in some cases there may be a higher number of leaders or followers.
  5. Workshop/Event fees are non-refundable unless we (Afrodesia Salsa) cancel the event.
  6. Workshop/Event fees are non-transferable to another person or event. 
  7. Afrodesia Salsa reserves the right to cancel the workshop/event at any time, full refund will be provided in this case.

General Terms & Conditions for Afrodesia Salsa private lessons

  1. The private class is for the specific day and time arranged with Afrodesia Salsa.
  2. Any cancellation/reschedule must be requested via email at  [email protected] at least 48 hrs before the start of the class to obtain a refund. 
  3. No refund/reschedule will be provided if failing to notify less than 48 hrs before the start of the class.
  4. Private classes fees are non-transferable to another person or event. 
  5. Afrodesia Salsa reserves the right to cancel the private lesson, full refund will be provided in this case.
  6. Afrodesia Salsa classes are for adults only (age 18+).
  7. All our classes involve movement and physical activity, by joining the class you consider yourself physically able to participate in dance activities and therefore accept liability for any physical injury which may occur to yourself.
  8. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Afrodesia Salsa and/or its instructors for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the workshop/event.
  9. For your health and safety and the health and safety of other participants or instructors, you must ensure that you comply with any direction given to you by an instructor during the private lesson.
  10. If you behave in a risky or inappropriate way, for example, if you threaten or harass anyone, damage equipment, use illicit substances, the class will be immediately canceled without a refund. If your conduct causes Afrodesia Salsa or another person costs, loss or damages you agree to pay for these.
