DESCRIPTION:Deepen your technique\, musicality\, and connection to Afro-Cuban culture and dances with an exceptional instructor!\n\nThis workshop will cover:\n\nAfro-Cuban body movement technique: Explore grounding\, isolation\, coordination\, posture\, and natural body flow rooted in Afro-Cuban movement traditions.\nRumba: Dive into the energy and playful interaction of Rumba\, focusing on movement\, musical interpretation\, and styling.\n\n  \nEvent details:\n\n2:45pm: Doors open\n3pm – 5pm: Afro-Cuban & Rumba workshop with Ariel Rios\n5pm – 6pm: Social\n\n  \n\n Important \n\nPlaces are limited. Tickets on the day will be subject to availability.\nPrices are non-refundable nor transferable.\nNo partner required\, this is not a partner work class.\n\n  \n\nYour teacher for the day:\nFrom Havana\, Ariel Rios is a renowned dancer\, teacher\, performer\, and choreographer\, with more than 25 years of experience. \nAriel studied at the University of Havana and taught at the National Arts Instructor’s School for teachers-in-training.
